STEP – Step aerobics is a form of aerobics that is practiced worldwide by millions of people. The reason for its popularity is simple—it offers a great cardio workout without the need for extensive space or equipment. All that is required is a flat surface and an aerobic stepping platform

FAT BURNER – the aerobic training where an equal physical load is maintained, directed at decreasing of bodyweight, general strengthening of a body and training of joint mobility. Meant for people having various levels of preparation

FAT BURNER DANCE – the aerobic training with dance elements where a continuous and equal physical load is maintained, directed at decreasing of bodyweight, general strengthening of a body and training of joint mobility. Meant for people having various levels of preparation

BEGINNERS DANCE CLASS – the aerobic training of low and average intensity, based on simple choreography with dance elements. Meant for people without any preliminary preparation

LATINO DANCE – the aerobic training of average intensity, based on movements in latino – the South American style. The training strengthens the cardio-vascular system, meant for people having various levels of preparation

BODY SCULPTING – the fitness method where stretching and strengthening exercises are used in a definite sequence, the training helps to develop a correct stance, strengthens and tones up body muscles. Meant for people having various levels of preparation

BODY SHAPE – the fitness method including strength exercises to develop a muscular relief of a body. In the training dumbbells, gymnastic sticks, pulley-weights, rubbers, step-platforms, etc. are used. Meant for people having various levels of preparation

ABL – the fitness method including special exercises to strengthen abdominal, back, side and buttock muscles. Meant for people having various levels of preparation

INTERVAL WORKOUT – the general training of a body where strength workout is mixed with intervals. In the training dumbbells, gymnastic sticks, pulley-weights, rubbers, step-platforms, etc. are used. Meant for people having a high level of preparation

FIT BALL – the general training of a body, based on exercises with big fit balls, for people having various levels of preparation. Superb exercises to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles, stimulate a balanced and symmetric development of body muscles. Recommended to people of all age groups having spine and joint diseases

BODY BALLET – a training based on elements of classical dance to develop strength, endurance and harmonious body muscles. Meant for people having various levels of preparation

CALLANETICS – the system of trainings based on repeated movements with a small amplitude, for people having various levels of preparation

PILATES MATWORK – a developed system of training to strengthen the inner muscles of a body, stimulates a balanced and symmetric development of body muscles. For people having various levels of preparation

SPINAL WORKOUT – the system of trainings including different exercises to strengthen the backbone, back muscles and joints. Meant for people having various levels of preparation

STRETCHING – a general body training directed at relaxation of muscles and joints, for people having various levels of preparation

YOGA – a scientifically based training where the principle of interaction of a physical body and spiritual training is observed, meant for people having a sufficient level of preparation

BELLY DANCE – traditional Egyptian dance basic elements known as belly dance. Meant for people having various levels of preparation

KARATE-DO – a general physical and psychological preparation for various kinds of martial art techniques, bases and basic technique, preparation for competitions. Meant for people having average level of preparation

BALLET (FOR KIDS) – teaching of a classical dance, helps to develop a correct stance and graceful movements. Trains all muscle groups

JAZZ MODERN – a dancing training based on South American dance combinations, for people having various levels of preparation

SALSA CLUB – a dance style based on Afro-Cuban dance traditions and characterized by temperament. Gives positive emotions and energetic contact between partners.

INTERMEDIATE – average level of preparation
